Rotavar Hesabını ve Verilerini Sil

1. Bu sayfanın amacı

Bu sayfa, Rotavar kullanıcılarının hesaplarını ve hesaplarıyla ilişkili uygulama verilerini silmeleri veya silme talebi göndermeleri için hazırlanmıştır.

2. Uygulama içinden hesap silme

Hesabınızı Rotavar uygulaması içinden silebilirsiniz. Uygulamada şu yolu izleyin:

Profil > Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabı Sil

Güvenlik nedeniyle uygulama, hesabı silmeden önce yeniden doğrulama isteyebilir.

3. Web üzerinden hesap silme talebi

Uygulamayı yeniden indirmenize gerek kalmadan aşağıdaki form ile silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz. Sizden kesinlikle şifre istemiyoruz.

4. Silinecek veriler

Hesap silindiğinde kullanıcıya bağlı olan ve Rotavar'da kullanılan şu veriler silinir veya silme sürecine alınır:

• Kullanıcı hesabı ve kimlik doğrulama bilgileri.
• Profil bilgileri ve profil fotoğrafı.
• Favoriler.
• Seyahat tercihleri ve oluşturulan seyahat planları.
• Tamamlanan turlar ve ziyaret kayıtları.
• AI asistanı sohbetleri.
• Değerlendirmeler ve yorumlar.
• Arkadaşlık ilişkileri ve istekleri.
• Bildirim tokenları.
• Kullanıcıya ait diğer uygulama verileri.

5. Saklanabilecek veriler

Rotavar, hesap silme sonrasında kullanıcıya ait verileri saklamayı hedeflemez. Yasal zorunluluk, güvenlik incelemesi veya kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için sınırlı bir bilginin geçici olarak saklanması gerekirse, bu bilgi yalnızca gerekli amaç ve süreyle tutulur.

6. Talep süreci

• Talebin size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz üzerinden doğrulama yapılabilir.
• Talep tamamlandığında size e-posta ile bilgi verilir.
• Silme talepleri makul süre içinde incelenir ve tamamlanır. Teknik veya güvenlik kontrolleri gerektiğinde süreç uzayabilir.

1. Purpose of this page

This page is for Rotavar users who want to delete their account and the app data associated with their account, or submit a deletion request.

2. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account from inside the Rotavar app. Follow:

Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account

For security, the app may ask you to re-authenticate before deleting your account.

3. Submit a deletion request on the web

You can submit a deletion request with the form below without reinstalling the app. We will never ask for your password.

4. Data that will be deleted

When an account is deleted, the following data linked to the user and used in Rotavar is deleted or placed into the deletion process:

• User account and authentication information.
• Profile information and profile photo.
• Favorites.
• Travel preferences and created travel plans.
• Completed tours and visit records.
• AI assistant conversations.
• Ratings and comments.
• Friend relationships and requests.
• Notification tokens.
• Other app data belonging to the user.

5. Data that may be retained

Rotavar does not aim to retain user data after account deletion. If a limited record must be kept for a legal requirement, security review, or prevention of misuse, it is retained only for the necessary purpose and period.

6. Request process

• We may verify the request through the email address registered to the account.
• You will be informed by email when the request is completed.
• Deletion requests are reviewed and completed within a reasonable time. The process may take longer if technical or security checks are required.
